Mike was a senior executive at Inter-Tel, Inc., a major public telecommunications company based in the Phoenix area. During his 15 year tenure at Inter-Tel, Mike used his technical background as a software design engineer and developed his financial acumen through years of boardroom experience. Mike’s final years with the company were spent launching Inter-Tel’s latest technology, voice over the internet (VoIP), to its worldwide customers.
In 2002, Mike left Inter-Tel to focus on his own Real Estate investing. He has owned either personally or in partnerships more than 30 investment properties, both residential and commercial. During this time, he was an executive with a local real estate company dedicated to real estate investing and portfolio planning. During Mike’s tenure with this company, it grew to 2000 homes under management, making it the largest such company in Arizona.
Mike currently owns HomeQwik a property management company and NARPM member in the Phoenix area, which he founded in July, 2008.
Noel began his real estate career as a leasing agent, closing 4 leases in his 1st week on the job. Since 2006, he has personally leased over 1800 homes, signed up over 3000 new owners for management, and has sold over $500 million in real estate almost exclusively to, and for the benefit of, investors.
As the original employee, and now Broker for HomeQwik, Noel has not only assisted in the creation and management of the company but also in the processes that make HomeQwik one of the top property management companies in the greater Phoenix area. This includes the recruitment, training, and implementation of the original Virtual Staff/Remote Employees for HomeQwik. Noel has since helped to build all of the current processes and training platforms used by Yes Virtual to assist other Property Managers in adding virtual staff to their businesses.
Noel is happily married to his childhood crush and the proud father of 2 children, including an amazing daughter who is currently in high school and who serves as a United States Marine. Golf, snowboarding and football…along with plenty of laughs are some of his favorite pastimes.
Jim spent 20 years as the Director of Computer Services at Phoenix College during the time period when the world transitioned from mainframes to personal computers. During this time, Jim was responsible for all technology to support a campus with an enrollment of 15,000 students. Jim also owned his own computer cabling company. He has been building and perfecting network infrastructure for over 37 years.
Jim makes sure the call center “hums,” an important role when you consider that our call center and home-office-based virtual assistants have to be “on duty and functional” 100% of the time.
Jim spends a lot of time mountain biking and playing racquetball. He tries to take advantage of the warm Arizona winters by spending as much time outside as possible. He also likes to collect classic cars (well, old cars anyway).
GK has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the University of St. La Salle -Bacolod. She started working as a customer service representative in the BPO industry. Within a year, she was promoted to Junior Executive who handled various complaints from US clients. After over 3 years, she joined a team that managed Financial Services for an Australian client in one of the biggest BPOs in the Philippines.
After more than 6 years of work experience in the BPO industry, GK joined the yesVIRTUAL team in 2014 as a Leasing Virtual Assistant. She was promoted to General Manager after 3 years of hard work and perseverance. GK is now the Managing Director of yesVIRTUAL operations in the Philippines and Mexico. She is responsible for implementing company policy, generating new business leadership and experience, developing and establishing measures to improve the quality of services, and overall being in-charge of the daily operations of the company. GK prides herself on a solid work ethic and an ability to motivate her team in order to get the best out of them. She is also a big fan of BTS.

Karl finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at the University of St. La Salle - Bacolod City. He was exposed to the BPO industry for more than 7 years and started as a Customer Service Representative & Technical Support Representative. Then he became a part of the Human Resource Department as a Recruitment Specialist in one of the known BPO companies in Bacolod City where he was recognized as a recruiter of the year back in 2015.
He took a career change and has been a Unit Supervisor for a financial and insurance company for almost 1 year. In addition, he also became a branch manager in a Sub dealer for Automotive. Karl always excels in all his chosen path.
He then became part of where he was one of the Aptly experts doing back-end support and at the same time part of Human Resource as a Supervisor.
With his dedication and diligence, he was promoted to Human Resource Manager of yesVIRTUAL. He is tasked with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. He plays a vital role in maintaining the production of quality applicants, rules and regulations are being followed by all employees, and helping the stability of yesVIRTUAL to succeed further.
Mimi is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Riverside College. Her professional journey began as a Virtual Assistant at HomeQwik, where she immersed herself in various administrative and maintenance tasks for a span of 2 years. During this time, she honed her skills and acquired in-depth knowledge of the Property Management industry.
Taking a brief hiatus from HomeQwik, Mimi returned to the workforce at yesVIRTUAL, resuming her career as a Virtual Assistant within the Applications Department. Within a remarkable 3-year period, she demonstrated outstanding performance, leading her to apply for a supervisory role. Her dedication and competence were quickly recognized, resulting in a swift promotion to Operations Manager.
In her current role, Mimi oversees and manages day-to-day operations at yesVIRTUAL. She plays a pivotal role in monitoring various tasks and provides supervision to DVAs and Supervisors from the beginning to the end of each day. As a key member of the management team, her primary goal is to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of operations 24/7, contributing to the overall success of yesVIRTUAL.
